If you watch the top bodybuilders on Youtube, Facebook,and Instagram, you’ll notice that while the physiques continue to improve, the training methods of yesteryear are all but gone. Not only don’t guys lift crazy poundages, but supplement companies have also moved away from ads that promote ridiculous lifts. The name of the game, today, is moreso longevity than wrecking the joints in hopes of some short lived accolades. Athletes don’t want to wide up like Ronnie Coleman, instead, they want long, successful runs like that of Dexter Jackson.

When it comes to coffee topics, you know I’m all about that life. Add in the fact that we are taking Coke Zero Sugar and combining it with COFFEE, and you now have my undivided attention. Peloton has upped the ante as well, being that they just purchased fitness equipment manufacturer Precor as well for a staggering $420 million. That said, there seems to have been a lot of confusion surrounding a bike that was launched on Amazon, touting itself as the “Prime Bike.” As one would assume from the name alone, many thought the Prime Bike was an actual Amazon product when in actuality, it had nothing to do with Amazon at all – or did it?
