2020 ACTIVE NUTRITION CONSUMER TRENDS ARE IN: ARE THEY ACCURATE?

by Matt Weik

I read an article put out by NutraIngredients that spoke about active nutrition consumer trends to watch in 2020. I was actually taken back by what had just happened and it made me wonder if talking about fitness and nutrition was like talking about religion and politics. Are fitness and nutrition topics that we should not discuss with others openly where others could hear and be offended somehow? Or are more people turning into snowflakes?
