CHRIS CORMIER BETTER THAN FLEX WHEELER?

by Christian Duque

Bodybuilding is a sport all about comparisons. The judges scrutinize physiques and oftentimes comparisons are necessary to determine placings. There’s guys who excel with shape and condition, others push the mass card, and some are such great posers, they can hide any flaw and still seem perfect. The media also loves to compare competitors, as it provides them with article ideas and program bylines to run with. But the folks who love to compare the athletes the most, would have to be the fans.

The Feud Between Bob Cicherillo & Lee Priest

by Christian Duque

To put things into perspective, there’s been a lot of feuds as of late, probably a product of the sheer boredom brought upon by the COVID 19 pandemic, the fact contests have been either cancelled or postponed, and the general direction that the fitness media has taken. DOES SERGIO OLIVA JR HAVE WHAT IT TAKES TO BE THE LAST MAN STANDING?

Also, 2019 was the first year the division wasn’t led by its 7x Olympia Showdown Champion, The Welsh Dragon, James “Flex” Lewis.

by Matt Weik

Social media is consuming a good part of our days. Don’t believe me? If you have an iPhone you can check thanks to a new feature called “Screen Time.” Now, this article has nothing to do with that app, but rather more about your fitness Facebook account specifically. I’m assuming if you have a fitness Facebook account and post regularly that the social media platform means something to you and is of value?

ARE BODYBUILDING PODCASTS MAKING A COMEBACK?

by Christian Duque

There was a time in the mid 2000’s where podcasts were the talk of the town. You had Pro Bodybuilding Weekly, which started it all, but you also have other podcasts like Muscular Development’s No Bull Radio. Podcasts offered their listeners a wide variety of content, from contest coverage and handicapping, to interesting interviews, to commentary about the sport’s history and current trends therein.

PROTEIN POWDER AND BARS ARE PERFECT TO HAVE ON HAND IN AN EMERGENCY

by Matt Weik

In the event of an emergency like the power going out in a snowstorm, a thunderstorm knocking out the electric, etc., do you have the things you would need to survive a few days (maybe even a month)? Personally, I’m not one of those people who run out and buy up anything and everything they can find thinking it’s a doomsday scenario. I plan and have all of my preparations well in advance. No, I’m not some crazy prepper with a bunker and a bug-out location somewhere in the woods.
